- MARCH 1827: George Kipp Sr dec'd, John S Shenck Admistrator of George Kipp Sr late of Donegal township said county having stated and filed in the registers office at Lancaster the Adm. Acct. on the estate of the said dec'd and legal notice thereof being given by the said Register, the same is now produced for the court for ??? it appeared, that acct was duly ?? by the said Register, and that there remains in the hand of said accountant a balance of $396.93 ¾ The Court on due examination thereof, and advisement thereon, approve of and confirm the same, and direct that balance, to be paid and distributed agreeable to the law. Unless exceptions be filed before the first day of the regular Orphans Court which shall be held next thereafter.
